Prep:

  1. Before arriving, take the 15 min 5 voices assessment: https://hq.giantos.com/store/5-voices# and record your voice.
  2. Lunch orders from Elixir (https://enjoyelixirorder.square.site/) for 9/4 & 9/5.

Context: We all know each other and understand what we’re all doing. The biggest obstacle is collaboration; this meeting is focused on team building. When we are done, we want a group email from each person in attendance with all CCed stating 3 take home lessons learned by the end of the week, COB 9/6.

Restrictions: Old school. Limited internet, no Powerpoint. We’re not Luddites and we respect your time commitment so you’re welcome to keep your phone on/out. There is LTE phone service at Valentine, but not at SNARL. However, SNARL has WIFI throughout.
