1997 was a year of flux!  To know what data occurs in which column of a file,
you must know the logger program configuration.  Logger programs
configurations can be found in
/home/eos/in-situ.data/mmsa/logger_programs/[YYYYMMDD], where YYYY = year,
MM=Month, DD=Day.  That date is the date (or approximate date) that data started being
logged for a particular configuration.  The .../logger_programs/... subdirectories that are associated
with the 1997 data are:
